** NEW- IMPORTANT PRE-COURSE REQUIREMENT– Unique Student Identifier (USI) **
From 1st January 2016, Surf Life Saving NSW can be prevented from issuing participants with a Nationally Recognised VET Qualification or Statement of Attainment when they complete the course if they do not have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Please ensure that all participants bring their USI to the course as they will need to include this on their Training Enrolment Form.
If participants do not yet have a USI, they can apply for one directly at http://www.usi.gov.au/create-your-usi/ on computer or mobile device. Forgotten USIs can also be retrieved from this webpage.

As you know, completing an accredited CPR course is a requirement for many of you.
We aim to provide our members the most affordable classes at convenient times.
The cost for Cumberland Student Guild members to complete their CPR course is $55 and $99 for everyone else!
Please make payment for your course at the Sports Centre at the time of booking.
Please ensure you bring a pen and photo identification.
All CPR courses will be held at the Sports Centre, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the commencement of your class.
All CPR courses are presented by an approved provider and are valid for 1 year. Please collect your certificate from the Sports Centre 2 weeks approx after completing your course.
Each class has a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants.
